If you are using the Services on behalf of a school, organization, or other entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.

SchoolsMirror provides a comprehensive school management system that includes:

• Student information management
• Computer-based testing (CBT) and examination systems
• Teacher and staff management portals
• Result processing and reporting
• Attendance tracking
• Timetable management
• School blog and communication tools
• External exam preparation (JAMB, NECO, WAEC)
• And other educational management features

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time, including the availability of any feature or content.

Account Creation

To access certain features of our Services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

Account Types

SchoolsMirror offers different account types with varying permissions:

• Administrator Accounts: Full access to all system features and data
• Teacher Accounts: Access to teaching-related features and student data
• Student Accounts: Access to learning materials, exams, and personal data
• Parent Accounts: Access to monitor student progress and performance

As a user of SchoolsMirror, you agree to:

• Use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
• Not engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Services
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Services
• Not use the Services to transmit any viruses or malicious code

Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for any content, including data, information, text, and materials that you upload, post, or transmit through our Services ("User Content").

By submitting User Content, you represent and warrant that:

In no event shall SchoolsMirror, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Services
• Any bugs, viruses, Trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the Services
